Emerald Peak Capital Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Piers Shingleton as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Piers brings over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a track record of leading organizational transformation initiatives.
Piers has a deep understanding of all aspects of banking, including investment, wealth, retail, and fintech. He brings an entrepreneurial mindset and is constantly seeking innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement. He is also a strong believer in building successful partnerships based on mutual respect, trust, and accountability.

Prior to joining Emerald Peak, Piers held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Indra-Minsait as well as delivering transformational change for Santander and Quintet. He has an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School.
In his role as COO, Piers will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Emerald Peak’s operations. He will also play a key role in developing and implementing the firm’s strategic growth plans.
